A de-commissioned gas tank in a Beijing art-park is transformed into an arena for 2500 guests

Recognising the achievement of firsts, the Metamorphosis Party in Beijing marked the launch of the first watch in the world able to completely transform itself between a timepiece and a chronograph.

With a theme of change, or metamorphosis the party was held in a transformed gas-tank and hosted for their first appearance in China, The Blue Man Group from New York. Read more »

The 2010 Winner was Peking Opera

Mr. Mei Bao Jiu, the renowned Peking Opera artist and Mei school art successor wins the Chinese MONTBLANC DE LA CULTURE ARTS PATRONAGE AWARD 2010.

Honoured for his commitment to training young actors and appraised for his unique teaching methods, 15,000 Euros was put towards the Mei school’s multimedia teaching project. Read more »

In Beijing, Montblanc entertained 5000 guests for the evening with a Rock Opera

To celebrate the launch of Montblanc’s first chronograph movement manufactured entirely by Montblanc Montre S.A. Switzerland and at the heart of the Nicolas Rieussec watch, the company commissioned an original Rock Opera to tell the story of time.

With over 100 performers, and a fabulous live exhibition of time keeping through the ages, the show was performed in the National Olympic Indoor Stadium in Beijing. Montblanc entertained 5000 guests for the evening. Read more »

A TRIBUTE TO WOMEN

Montblanc chose Shanghai for the Asian première of their Haute Joaillerie

In 2007, Montblanc chose Shanghai for the world première of their first Haute Joaillerie collection. As A Tribute to Women, RSP created and produced a Broadway style show performed in the Montblanc Opera House, purpose built in a disused printing works.

400 guests including Elle McPherson, Darryl Hannah, Hilary Swank, Kristin Scott Thomas and Zhang Ziyi who all wore pieces from the collection attended the evening. Read more »
